Valentine: M-A-G-E application (2)

#M-A-G-E revamp compared to [link]
I decided that I'd revamp Valentine because I just wanted to...also, my art has increased since the last time I drew Val. (I'm hoping I can get in this time *crosses fingers*) I also decided to go back to his description and fix it up a bit.
Please let me know your opinion on him....PLEASE...!

Personality: Strange, talk’s to random objects, funny when he doesn’t know it (maybe? O.O’), girl magnet (maybe? O.O’), nice and kind, romantic in his own way, sometimes can be an air head(?), emotional a little, loves life, and can be completely serious at any random moment.

Info: When Valentine changes into his MAGE form, he has a strange tattoo below his left eye and his left eye changes from blue, to gold. Although he has wings when in his MAGE form, he can only glide and cannot fly.

Magical attacks:
Normal – “Raven Furry”: Shoots out bullets at rapid speed and may cause the enemy to become paralyzed or burnt
Special – “Incinerating Raven”: A small bullet is launched when fired which grows into a large blue flame of fire with transparent black wings on the side and completely incinerates the enemy to ashes
